About Megger Technical Services
Megger Technical Services are based in Fornham St. Genevieve, Suffolk. We offer telephone support to Megger PowerSuite Professional users. Telephone lines are open 9.00am until 5.30pm - Monday to Friday.

Bespoke Modifications
As we develop the software at our Fornham St. Genevieve offices, we are able to offer our customers bespoke services such as:
Certificate Modifications
Our software comes with a standard set of certificates and reports. On occasions these do not meet our customers requirements. We can change, modify or create certificates and reports based on our customer’s requirements. Some of these modifications can be carried out as part of your standard Support Contract. However, the more bespoke a certificate or report is, the more likely it is to become chargeable.
Program Modifications
We also offer the creation of Plug-ins or program modifications to customers who have more bespoke requirements.
Training
We offer a range of 1 and 2 day courses to cover all the variants of the PowerSuite Professional software.
