Your 12-month Support Contract includes the following:
  • Unlimited contact by telephone, fax and email.
  • All software updates.
  • Replacement cd’s.
Please remember when contacting Megger Technical Services to have your registration number ready. This can be found in the Help Menu and selecting About. You will then see the version of PowerSuite Professional that you have installed and your registration number. This will typically start with the letters PS.

What to do if your support has expired
If you do not have a current valid Support Contract with us then unfortunately we cannot assist you. You may however find some helpful tips on this website. If you would like to purchase a Support Contract, please contact us.

A Support Contract can be purchased through our online shop or you can contact the support department who will advise you how to renew your contract.

This should clear all users allowing you to log back in as normal.
